Brief Background:
Rodulfo Lafradez, Jr., is a licensed real estate broker and appraiser. He has been in the real estate industry for more than 18 years; bringing with him in-depth knowledge and experience in the field of real estate investment, property appraisal, property management, sales & leasing, and other real estate services. He sets up Colliers International's branch office in Cebu City (one of the more than 500 offices worldwide) and he is formerly the general manager from the year 2007 to 2011. Currently, he is the manager of Fareast Habitat a real estate firm he established after he left Colliers International.
He is actively doing appraisal work. He has appraised thousands of properties of various classifications in many locations in Cebu City, the province of Cebu, Visayas, and Mindanao. Throughout his career, he has earned respect from different fields of the profession because of his real estate knowledge and experience. He is the resource speaker for the real estate broker seminar and review conducted by the National Real Estate Association (NREA – Cebu Chapter). He has been appointed as Commissioner by the Judicial Lower Court for Civil Cases both in the cities of Mandaue and Cebu: aiding the judges in making their verdicts for just compensation to eminent domain proceedings and dissolution of conjugal partnership on the separation of property.
