Brief Background:

Rodulfo Lafradez, Jr., is a licensed real estate broker and appraiser. He has been in the real estate industry for over 18 years, bringing in-depth knowledge and experience in investment, property appraisal, property management, sales & leasing, and other real estate services. He set up Colliers International's branch office in Cebu City (one of the more than 500 offices worldwide) and was formerly the general manager from 2007 to 2011. He is the manager of Fareast Habitat, a real estate firm he established after he left Colliers International.

He is actively doing appraisal work. He has appraised thousands of properties of various classifications in many locations in Cebu City, the province of Cebu, Visayas, and Mindanao. He has earned respect from different fields throughout his career because of his real estate knowledge and experience. He is the resource speaker for the real estate broker seminar and review conducted by the National Real Estate Association (NREA – Cebu Chapter). He has been appointed Commissioner by the Judicial Lower Court for Civil Cases in the cities of Lapu-Lapu, Mandaue and Cebu: aiding the judges in making their verdicts for just compensation to eminent domain and expropriation  proceedings and dissolution of marital partnership on the separation of property.

 Oscar Teodoro S. Labrador PRC- Real Estate Broker Lic. no. 000321, PRC Real Estate Appraiser Lic. No. 0000077, PRC Real Estate Consultant Lic. No. 0000081 is a broker/appraiser/Consultant and among the few trusted authorities in the country when it comes to Real Estate Valuation and Appraisal. He has appraised more than 4,500-real property across the country spanning from private individual to institutional holdings, to business and to public sector properties. He is always called upon to provide expert opinion and independent appraisal on assets that are due for liquidation during court proceedings and settlements and is frequently invited to provide lectures and seminars on real property valuation for developers, assessors, brokers and insurers including appraisers of banking and non-banking Credit extension conduits.
